RankLogs Service Use Terms & Conditions

Thank you for using RankLogs services. RankLogs is a product of Tripping Vibe Digital Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", and "our"), located at Q6, The Qbicals, Third Floor, Tapasya Corporate Heights, Sector-126, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.

By using our Service, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of our Service

Using our Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content you access.

The content that is displayed on RankLogs may not be entirely ours. Such content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don't assume that we do.

Description of Service

RankLogs provides you with access to a rich collection of resources, including but not limited to search engine optimization tools, link analysis tools, and application programming interfaces (API). You also understand that our platform may include certain communications from RankLogs, such as service announcements and administrative messages, that are related to the provision of our platform. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features or tools released by us in relation to our platform shall be subject to this Agreement.

Our platform is an online product that requires access via an internet or other network connection. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary internet or network connection to access RankLogs' Service, and you are responsible for the associated third-party fees (such as internet service provider or airtime charges) for the connectivity to our platform. Additionally, you are responsible for procuring and maintaining all equipment necessary to connect to our platform. The quality of our platform that you experience may depend on your connectivity and equipment. RankLogs is not responsible for any claims or losses that arise as a result of your connectivity and equipment.

User Registration Obligations

As a registered user of RankLogs' Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our platform's registration form (the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or RankLogs has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, RankLogs has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our platform (or any portion thereof).

Resale or Redistribution is not Allowed

You are permitted to use our platform internally within the company for the purpose of obtaining insights and analysis to optimize your website(s) and related campaigns.

Except as expressly authorized by RankLogs, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, permit access, modify, create derivative works, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of our platform, use of our platform, or access to our platform or computer code that powers our platform.

You are responsible for all use made of our platform using your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your online account credentials.

Attribution

You acknowledge that all RankLogs proprietary metrics obtained through our platform remain the intellectual property of RankLogs, and agree to attribute metrics such as, but not limited to, URL Rating, Domain Rating and RankLogs Rank in any publication or distribution of said proprietary metrics.

Account Access

You must provide your valid email address, and any other information requested, in order to complete the subscription process and become a registrant. Your login may only be used by one person. A single login shared by multiple users is not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access to our platform if we see any suspicious activity in your account that reasonably indicates you willingly and/or knowingly shared your credentials with another user. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. RankLogs cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Service and Marketing Messages

By registering an account at RankLogs (free or paid) you are giving us your permission to send email notifications to the email address that you specified upon registration.

These email notifications may include: updates to RankLogs' toolset, tips and tutorials on using RankLogs tools, and system messages.

You are also given an option to subscribe to promotional offers and weekly updates from the RankLogs blog, which is not obligatory for completing the registration process. Please be advised that you can opt out from any of these optional emails at any time by using the 'Unsubscribe' link that is included at the bottom of each email that we send you.

We may send messages or emails via our own mailing service or via a third-party service such as MailChimp, Sendgrid, Brevo, or Intercom.io.

Unauthorized Users

Account registration must be completed by a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

Unauthorized Uses

You must not modify, adapt or hack our platform or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with our platform or RankLogs. You may not reverse engineer object code or reuse source code provided in relation to our platform. This includes any and all JavaScript. The code is RankLogs' copyright. You shall not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive or malicious nature. You agree not to modify any code provided in relation to our platform in any manner or form, nor to use modified versions of such code, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to our platform. You agree not to access our platform by any means other than through the interface that is provided by RankLogs for use in accessing our platform. All unnatural means or unlawful attempts to access our Service, website, server or database, including by means of any automatic tools such as scrapers or bots, are prohibited. We may terminate, suspend and/or block your access if we determine that your use or access of our Service violates our terms. Subject to the other restrictions stated herein, you may only use automated tools to access our Service through the Application Programming Interfaces (API) that we provide.

You may not attempt to bypass any functionality or access features on the website directly by using custom HTTP (or other) calls, or attempt to manipulate our platform, or access it in a manner other than in a way in which a reasonable person would consider normal permitted use.

You should not attempt to take advantage of any feature that a reasonable person would consider an obvious omission or error on our platform and website.

Blocking of IP Addresses

In order to protect the integrity of our platform, RankLogs reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to block registrants and subscribers from certain IP addresses from accessing our platform.

Registration and Subscription

You may become a registrant of our platform at no cost. As a registrant, you will have the ability to participate in some, but not all, of the features and tools available within our platform.

In order to access additional features, including the ability to use many of our tools, you must become a subscriber to our platform.

Depending on the subscription plan you select, you will be entitled to a varying number of features and/or different limits.

Refund Policy

Unless required by law, RankLogs is not obligated to provide you a refund at any time. Any amount paid (or its equivalent in your local currency) for a trial subscription is strictly non-refundable. For your monthly subscription, you may request a refund after payment has been made for non-use, but please be advised that we reserve the right to decline your refund request should we see any material activity in your account. You can use our full trial plan to ensure the service is right for you before going to a paid plan.

Cancellation of Service

RankLogs reserves the right of unilateral service cancellation under the following circumstances:

1. You are in breach of any of these terms;
2. We detect unusual usage patterns in relation to our platform;
3. You attempt to inflict damage or harm our reputation, work or Service;
4. In response to requests from law enforcement or other public agencies.

Google User Data

To the extent that you connect your Google account (including Google Search Console and Google Analytics) to RankLogs, our access to and use of your Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

RankLogs does not anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise use data associated with your Google Analytics or Google Search Console accounts to improve our general products or services, to train models, for advertising, or for any purpose other than providing and improving the user-facing features you access within RankLogs. We do not sell or transfer your Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service to you, with your consent, or as required by law. You may revoke RankLogs' access to your Google data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data Collection and Use

Other than the Google user data described in the section above (which is subject to the stricter limitations set out there and in our Privacy Policy), you understand and agree that RankLogs may collect, anonymize, and aggregate non-Google data you share with our platform, and use it without identifying you, for purposes of operating and improving our platform.

Modifications to Service

We are constantly changing and improving our Service. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop our platform altogether. You can stop using our Service at any time, although we'll be sorry to see you go. RankLogs may also stop providing our platform to you, or add or create new limits to our Service at any time.

You agree that RankLogs shall not be liable, to you or to any third party, for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of our platform.

Links

Our platform may provide links to other websites or resources. Since RankLogs has no control over such sites or resources, you acknowledge and agree that RankLogs is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, does not endorse said sites/resources, and is not responsible nor liable for any content, advertising, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that RankLogs shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or related in any way to the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Liability for our Service

Our platform and all information provided therein are on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, RankLogs will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of RankLogs for any claim under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use our platform in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, if we choose, to supplying you our platform again). To the extent permitted by law, RankLogs will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

You agree not to pass to RankLogs any commercially sensitive information and data about your own operations.

You accept that information sent to RankLogs will not under any circumstance be considered subject to any form of non-disclosure agreement, except when you have obtained prior written consent from RankLogs.

All parties take into consideration that email is not a secure, guaranteed medium of communication. Emails should only be regarded as received by RankLogs if you receive a manually created response.

All discussions over email are deemed to be of an informal nature, and should only be taken as binding when a duly authorized written agreement is entered into.

Any suggestions, mentions or references of any alteration to past, present or future contractual terms by RankLogs should be taken purely as speculative until such time that you are in possession of a duly authorized written confirmation from RankLogs.

About these Terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to our platform. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. You should review the online version of our terms regularly. If you do not agree to the modified terms of our platform, you should discontinue the use of our Service.

These terms control the relationship between RankLogs and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.

If any of these terms are rendered invalid, unenforceable or void, the other terms will remain valid, enforceable and not be affected.

The section titles in the terms herein are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
