Privacy Policy for RankLogs
At RankLogs, a product of Tripping Vibe Digital Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", and "our"), accessible from www.ranklogs.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains the types of information that is collected and recorded by RankLogs and how we use it.

Google User Data (Google API Services)
RankLogs integrates with certain Google API Services to provide its core SEO and analytics features. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Limited Use disclosure. RankLogs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This means:
- We only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features that you access within RankLogs.
- We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve our user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with your prior notice.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized and is used for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy and other laws.
Access to Google Search Console accounts
Some of our tools may ask for permission to access your Google Search Console using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly scope. At every step of the access grant (including the request for your consent), you will see a clear notification before access is provided. You are in full authority to grant this access and can revoke it at any time through your Google Account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or by disconnecting the integration within RankLogs.
After your consent (which is the legal basis for this processing), we process the data from your Google Search Console only for the following purposes:
- To identify whether the website is added to Google Search Console;
- To display your website's Google Search Console data on the RankLogs dashboard; and
- To integrate it with our own data and use it in the reports provided to you.
We do not anonymize and aggregate the data from your Google Search Console to use it for purposes of improving our general products or services.
Access to Google Analytics accounts
Some of our tools may ask for permission to access your Google Analytics (GA4) data using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly scope. At every step of the access grant (including the request for your consent), you will see a clear notification before access is provided. You are in full authority to grant this access and can revoke it at any time through your Google Account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or by disconnecting the integration within RankLogs.
After your consent (which is the legal basis for this processing), we process the data from your Google Analytics only for the following purposes:
- To read your website's traffic and engagement metrics, such as sessions, users, traffic sources, and landing-page performance;
- To display this data on your RankLogs dashboard alongside your Google Search Console data; and
- To include it in the reports we provide to you.
We only read your Google Analytics data — we never create, edit, or delete any Analytics property, setting, or configuration. We do not anonymize and aggregate the data from your Google Analytics to use it for purposes of improving our general products or services.
Revoking access and deleting your Google data
You may disconnect any Google integration at any time from within your RankLogs account settings, or by revoking RankLogs' access directly from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
When you disconnect an integration or close your RankLogs account, we delete the Google user data we have stored for that integration within a reasonable period, except where retention is required to comply with applicable law. You may also request deletion of your Google user data at any time by contacting us at support@ranklogs.com.
Log Files
RankLogs follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, RankLogs uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. To find more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, please refer to the browsers' respective websites.
Advertising Partners
Third-party ad servers or ad networks may use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons in advertisements and links that appear on the RankLogs marketing website, which are sent directly to users' browsers. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
Important: These advertising technologies operate only on our public marketing website and never have access to, and are never provided with, any Google user data (including Google Search Console or Google Analytics data) that you authorize through the RankLogs application. Google user data is never used for advertising of any kind.
Note that RankLogs has no access to or control over the cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
Third Party Privacy Policies
RankLogs's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. We advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. This may include their practices and instructions about how to opt out of certain options.
CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
- Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that the business has collected about consumers;
- Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that the business has collected; and
- Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data not sell the consumer's personal data.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never sell Google user data. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
GDPR Data Protection Rights
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
- The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

Data Security and Retention

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the service to you, and we delete it when you disconnect the relevant integration, close your account, or request deletion, except where retention is required by law.
Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
RankLogs does not knowingly collect any Personally Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
