1. Free Trial Period
Ranklogs offers a free trial period for new users to evaluate our SEO tools and services. During this trial period, you can explore all features of your selected plan without any charges. No refund is applicable for trial periods as no payment is processed.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month
- Refunds for monthly subscriptions are available within 7 days of the initial payment
- After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
- Partial refunds for unused portions of monthly subscriptions are not provided
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full year
- Refunds for annual subscriptions are available within 30 days of the initial payment
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
- Partial refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within the specified timeframe mentioned above
- The account must not have exceeded reasonable usage limits or violated our Terms of Service
- The refund request must be made through our official support channels
- Technical issues that prevent service usage must be reported and allow our team reasonable time to resolve
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Setup fees (if applicable)
- Custom development or integration work
- Third-party services or add-ons
- Subscriptions cancelled after the refund eligibility period
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
- Services already delivered or consumed
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include: Your account details, subscription information, and reason for refund
- Timeline: Submit your request within the eligible refund period
- Response: Our billing team will respond within 2-3 business days
6. Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
- UPI/Bank Transfers: Refunds via UPI or bank transfer may take 3-7 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: Card refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- Processing Fees: Any payment gateway fees incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Extended service outages beyond our control
- Significant changes to service features that materially affect functionality
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
Ranklogs may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds, credits, or other remedies beyond the standard policy terms.
8. Enterprise and Custom Plans
Enterprise clients with custom pricing (10,000+ keywords) have separate refund terms as specified in their individual service agreements. Please refer to your contract or contact hello@ranklogs.com for specific terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- Internal Review: Request a review by emailing hello@ranklogs.com with "Refund Dispute" in the subject line
- Escalation: If unsatisfied, you may escalate to our senior management team
- Consumer Forums: As per Indian consumer protection laws, you may approach appropriate consumer forums
- Timeline: We aim to resolve all disputes within 15 business days
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
- Before initiating a chargeback with your bank/payment provider, please contact our support team
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension
- We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks
- Account access may be restored upon resolution of payment disputes
